But when it comes to your own goals — your health, your dreams, the things you said you wanted this year — it’s easy to keep putting yourself last.

For many driven women, life gets busy, and without a clear plan and someone to guide you, the things that matter most to you keep getting pushed off.
And then one day you look up and realize a good part of the year is gone.
The Create the Life You Want Challenge is here to help you change that.
This challenge is about what matters to you.
It’s one month of honest, intentional action focused on your goals and what you want your life to look like.
I encourage everyone to include commitments around health and well-being, because as women, we tend to put that last. And the reality is, your health is the foundation of everything you do and everything you don’t do.
Other than that, you make it your own.
Yours won’t look like anyone else’s — and it shouldn’t.
It’s about what’s important to you.
Mine has all of it — health, business, finances, faith, and even my relationships.
A little backstory...
This Create the Life You Want Challenge started as something I created for myself. I mentioned it to a few friends, and six of them decided to jump in with me.
What happened that month was awesome. I focused on things that would help me on my gut healing journey. I added short walks after lunch and dinner, and got into action on things I might have pushed off. It helped me learn to be flexible with myself and not focus on being perfect — there were certain days it wasn’t possible to check off all the things on my list.
But it was the difference it made in the women’s lives I was supporting that made me realize I needed to do this with you.
This is not another all-or-nothing challenge.
This Create the Life You Want Challenge is built to help you create the habits and actions that will support you in achieving the goals you have for this year — and for your life.
It’s not about being perfect or starting over every time you don’t hit 100%. In fact, I want you to shoot for 80 to 90%.
Not perfection.
Because my hope is that after this month, you keep going. Day after day. Week after week. Month after month.
My goal is to help you identify what’s important to you, see where the gaps are, and discover what’s working and what’s not.
I hope from this challenge you will learn to live with intention and flexibility.
